Good morning folks,
A gentle reminder that our Annual Business Meeting is TODAY (Wednesday, October 30) from 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm in the Willow A Room at the conference hotel. We will be discussing this year's OETG activities, our financial standing, and will be seeking recommendations for activities the upcoming year. We will also announce our OETG Research Paper Awardees (students and independent researchers) at this meeting. So please join us to congratulate our awardees and to participate in our business meeting!
The meeting will be followed immediately with our Annual Social at the Tap House Grill, right outside the hotel (address: 1506 6th Ave, Seattle). We will be serving appetizers and soda with a cash bar (as we did last year).This is a great time to relax, eat, play billiards, and meet new people.
