    Hey CTG:

Hope everyone is off to a roaring start to 2020! I wanted to highlight the announcement in the Bulletin that came out last week: it's time to write your proposal for the 64th International Annual Meeting in Chicago. More formally:
    • Submit a proposal for the opportunity to present your latest research, practice, or theoretical findings to a diverse, international audience at the 2020 Annual Meeting, to be held October 5 – 8, 2020 in Chicago, Illinois.
    • Proposals for lectures, invited symposia, discussion panels, posters, debates, demonstrations, alternative-format sessions, and workshops are due no later than Monday, February 24 at 6:00 p.m. EST. Notification regarding decisions will be sent at the end of April. Final proceedings papers will be due May 25.
    • Submitter Login Page - Call for Proposals - HFES 64th International Annual Meeting 2020

When you submit, please consider submitting your paper/panel/etc. to the CTG (there will be a place where you select a TG for your submission). The Communications Technical Group seeks conference sessions and papers on any aspect of the human factors of communications, including, but not limited to, telecommunications, group communications, group interaction, distance communication, technical communication, communication devices and tools to assist group communications, and so on.

Questions? Feel free to email me (Aaron_Bangor@labs.att.com) and/or Harry Blanchard (heblanchard@gmail.com).

    Thanks!

As a reminder, this is the last weekend before abstracts are due.  If your research (or theoretical work) involves communications, please consider submitting to our TG!
