Dear HART TG Members,
We are looking for volunteers to chair and co-chair 2 in-person and 1 virtual session for the upcoming HFES conference. These sessions are listed below. For the in-person sessions please be relatively certain that you'll be able to attend the conference in person. This is a short turnaround as I need to submit the session chairs by Friday, Sept. 10, sorry about the short notice. Guidelines for chairs and co-chairs are attached as well.
In-person Sessions:
- Thursday, Oct. 7th at 8:30 to 10:00 -HART4: Robot and AI Acceptance, including Anthropomorphism
- Thursday, Oct. 7th at 10:30-1200 HART5: Measurement methods and techniques in HART
Virtual Sessions:
- Monday, Oct. 25th at 11:00 am - 11:50 am EDT; vHART1: Human-AI Robot Teaming, this includes talks on personal space impact on obstacle avoidance; the impact of visual environmental uncertainty; and prediction of robot intention in object handling
