    The HFES LGBTQ+ Affinity Group is delighted to invite you to attend our next meeting (Monday, February 8th, at 7:30 pm eastern time), where team member Hanna Barton will present a talk entitled "Embodying change: designing inclusive spaces."

    Abstract: In this brief but impactful session, we will examine how we, as human factors experts, can design inclusive spaces that account for the unique, authentic breadth of human experience. Starting with a critical reflection of our own identities and how they influence our ways of being and acting in the world, we will come away with tangible actions to continue prefiguring a more just world in the spaces we already inhabit.
