The Evaluation Committee is requesting any previous work you have done in surveying members and non-members about HFES. We are currently gathering all the data collection tools and data from those tools to put in a centralized location. When passing along these documents, please include the following information: 1) What committee was the tool created for, 2) What was the initial goal of the tool, 3) to whom what is distributed, 4) what were the results, 5) what if any recommendations or changes were made as a result of the data?
Collecting and organizing this data will take some time, so we appreciate your patience as we strive to create a centralized hub for all membership related data needs.
Additionally, before sending out any types of surveys or interviews, please coordinate with the Evaluation Sub-committee. The executive council has asked that we help facilitate coordination and communication of committees' data collection efforts so that the members don't become overwhelmed or receive duplicate questions.
