  • 1.  Nominations for new ASTG officers

    Hello ASTG members,
    I hope you are all well.  Our annual meeting is nearing and it's time to gather nominations for the next cadre of ASTG officers, who will begin their term after this year's virtual meeting.   We are seeking nominations for the following positions:

    1. Chair
    2. Chair-Elect
    3. Program Chair
    4. Program Chair-Elect
    5. Treasurer
    So, please nominate yourself or nominate one of your friends, provided you check with them first.  I would like to have all nominations gathered by Monday, August 31st, which would give us time to conduct the voting.  Please send your nominations directly to me at idolgov@uber.com, so that we do not spam this community.  If you have questions about these positions then don't hesitate to reach out.

    Hello, all.  I hope you're staying well.  Thus far,  we have 1 nomination for ASTG chair, 1 for program chair, and 1 for program-chair elect;  a big thanks to those folks.   We have no nominees for chair-elect or treasurer.    I think there are many folks in this group who would do an outstanding job at these positions, so I will continue taking nominations until the end of Friday 9/4/20.   If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
