University laboratories conducting work in HF/E research and application are invited to participate in the University Lab Showcase at the virtual HFES 64th International Annual Meeting. The aim of this showcase is to demonstrate the variety of HF/E educational and research programs, not to describe specific research projects.
University lab posters will be available to meeting participants on-demand in the virtual poster hall throughout the meeting Monday through Friday (October 5 – 9, 2020).
University lab posters may be static PDF files or you may upload a short poster presentation as an MP4 file. Recorded submissions may not exceed five (5) minutes in duration. Submissions exceeding this timing will not be able to be posted and therefore not included in the poster hall. If you wish to provide a PDF document, you may upload one after the submission deadline when the staff will contact you to provide a confirmation along with instructions for how you will upload your poster and/or MP4 file to the poster hall.
Submit your intent to present here no later than 11:59 PM EDT on Sunday, September 27, 2020. Uploading of actual presentation files will follow upon delivery of confirmation.
